25 years ago, a new box store was having trouble with their foundation cracking which in turn was causing damage to their forklift trucks.  They were looking for a better solution than putting caulk in their floors.

Belzona consultant Jim Jackson and myself went in on 3 rd shift and spent the night veeing out the cracks, applying a conditioner and then troweling in Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz) for a permanent solution to this floor problem area.  We’ve done this application at numerous facilities over the years and the ones I’ve been able to see are holding up perfectly.

The expansion joints are a problem in these facilities also.  We recommend Belzona 2221 (MP Fluid Elastomer) to fix these once and for all.

These jobs are easy for your maintenance crew to do.  We’ll be happy to come in and train on the proper application methods for the Belzona product line.  You can also peruse our YouTube channel for other cost and time savings solutions to your maintenance issues.
